We take security issues very seriously at Sajen Jewelry. Your privacy with regard to personal information and credit card information is our promise to you. With that in mind, we have taken every precaution to ensure your security.
We are digitally certified for the safest handling of secure data. Our encrypted payment processing is considered safer than using a credit card in a restaurant. Sajen Jewelry has taken every measure to ensure your security. And we NEVER, EVER sell our customer list to other vendors.

Shipping
Your package will be shipped via UPS, unless you have a Post Office Box, in which case it will be shipped via the US post office. If you have any special shipping requests, please enter these in the Comments Box at check out.
Depending on the weight and dimensions of your package, your shipment cost will be:
- UPS Ground will be between $7-12.
- UPS 3rd Day Groundwill be between $15-18.
- UPS 2 Day Air will be $18-25
- UPS Overnight will be a minimum of $25.
- International shipping will be a minimum of $30.
- If you have any special shipping requests, please enter these in the Comments Box on the Check Out form while ordering.
Out of Stock Items
Though we strive to keep all items in stock that are offered on our web site, we may occasionally sell out of a discontinued item before we are able to take it off of the website. If this happens, you will notice the item is listed in the backorder column of your invoice and that you have not been charged for it.
If we are temporarily sold out of a particular item it will be backordered. We keep backorders on file for a maximum of eight weeks, and always call before shipping.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with an item, we ask that you return it within one month of purchase to receive a full refund or credit towards your next Sajen order.
- Defective merchandise — can be returned for replacement up to one year after purchase.
- All other returns — returns received within six months of purchase will be issued a credit towards your next Sajen purchase or a replacement piece.
- All sales are final on web exclusive and clearance specials.
- Returns received six months to one year after purchase will qualify for a reduced credit or replacement (if we do not have the exact piece we will contact you to make arrangements).
