How does Sajen ship my jewelry?Your package will be shipped via UPS, unless you have a Post Office Box, in which case it will be shipped via the US post office. If you have any special shipping requests, please enter these in the Comments Box at check out. Depending on the weight and dimensions of your package.UPS Ground will be between $7-12. UPS 3rd Day Groundwill be between $13-15. UPS 2 Day Air will be $15-17, and UPS Overnight will be a minimum of $25. International shipping will be a minimum of $30. If you have any special shipping requests, please enter these in the Comments Box at check out. Do you ship to Canada?We do ship to Canada with USPS Air Mail for a cost of $30.00. While we do everything we can to ensure the package gets to you quickly, there is always a chance jewelry will be stopped and retained for a fee by Canadian customs. What are my payment options?You may pay by credit card, (we accept M/C, Visa and Amex), COD or you may apply for net 30 terms.What is your return policy?If you are unhappy with an item, we ask that you return it within one month of purchase to receive a full refund or credit towards your next Sajen order. Defective merchandise — can be returned for replacement up to one year after purchase. Where is Sajen Jewelry made?All of our jewelry is handcrafted in Bali, India, and China. How long does it take to process an order?Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days. Second Day Air and Overnight orders are made a priority, and will normally ship within 24 hours of when the order was placed. What happens when an item is no longer in stock?Though we strive to keep all items in stock that are offered on our web site, we may occasionally sell out of a discontinued item before we are able to take it off of the website. If this happens, you will notice the item is listed in the backorder column of your invoice and that you have not been charged for it. If we are temporarily sold out of a particular item it will be backordered. We keep backorders on file for a maximum of eight weeks, and always call before shipping. What are your hours?An order can be placed on our web site 24 hours per day. Customer service via telephone is available Monday through Friday 9AM – 6PM. Our toll free telephone number is 1-800-772-5369. Do you sell your email list?No. Never. We respect your privacy and never share our mailing lists with other companies.
